EACE Club — Landing page and online registration

The Ensemble Artistique et Culturel des Etudiants (EACE), the Students' Artistic and Cultural Ensemble, is a student organization at the University of Abomey-Calavi. Since 1977, it has offered students extracurricular training in arts and culture.

I designed a landing page that presents the club and its training programs, connected to an online registration flow with Mobile Money and card payment via FedaPay. Students can register and pay in just a few minutes, right from their phone.

As it approaches its 50th anniversary, the club wanted a modern online presence and a simple way to manage course registrations.

Design, full-stack development and launch: mock-up, responsive interface, registration form, FedaPay payment integration and support for the club’s manager.

Scattered registrations, payments that were hard to check, and no online showcase for the club’s courses.

A fast, mobile-first landing page with a registration form and built-in payment. Each registration is stored with its payment status, which makes follow-up easier for the club.
