About
Developer, IT Support and guide for online procedures
My name is Vivien Oguidan. I'm a full-stack & mobile developer, and I work under the 229 for Dev brand. “229” is Benin's country code: this is where I build from, and where I want to show what we can do.
I also support individuals, entrepreneurs and organisations: everyday IT support and online administrative procedures.
My story
From the field to code
I hold a professional bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (SIL, 2022). I started helping people with their online administrative procedures in 2022: secure birth certificates, CIP, company registration. That is where I learned that a good digital tool is measured by what it lets a non-technical person do.
I then worked as a technical assistant and IT support at SYDEK-BENIN SARL (2024–2025), in direct contact with users and their issues, and as a full-stack & mobile developer at IWAJU TECH (November 2025 – September 2026), where I designed and delivered web and mobile applications.
These three practices feed each other: development teaches me to build cleanly, support teaches me what actually breaks, and online procedures teach me to make the complicated simple.

How I work
A simple method
01
Understand before building
I start from the real need and on-the-ground constraints (connectivity, devices, habits) before choosing a tool.
02
Simple and maintainable
I prefer a sober, well-structured and documented solution over a sophisticated architecture nobody can take over.
03
Follow-up after delivery
Going live isn't the end: I stay available to fix issues, train users and evolve the tool.
